1. Data controller

This website (planitexo.com) is an informational, marketing-only site. 2. What data we process

a) Contact by email. If you write to the email address listed on the Contact page, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) solely to answer your inquiry. Legal basis: your consent (by sending the message). We retain this data for a reasonable period after the inquiry is closed (up to 1 year), unless a longer period is required by law.

b) Cookies / analytics. Only with your prior consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized (IP-anonymized) statistics: where visitors came from, which pages they viewed, and for how long. Consent is given via the "Accept" button on the cookie banner; choosing "Decline" means no such data collection takes place. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

c) The trial environment (try.planitexo.com). The trial is a shared demo filled with fictitious data, reset every night at 00:00 Hungarian time. Please do not enter real company or personal data.

• Nickname. You sign in without registration, using a nickname (please do not use your real name). The nickname and your changes in the trial are visible to other visitors. The (anonymous) account created with the nickname and all its data are deleted at the next nightly reset. Legal basis: use of the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Email address. If you provide it, we send you a sign-in link and your account is kept (your work in the trial is still reset every night). We do not send newsletters. The account is deleted automatically after 60 days of inactivity; you can request deletion earlier. We send at most two emails a day to one address — to count this, the address is logged only as an irreversible hash, for 7 days. Legal basis: use of the service (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Being contacted (optional). If you tick the box “You may contact me once about the trial” when entering your email address, once the address is confirmed we pass your email address, nickname, language and a summary of your trial use (tour steps completed, number of edits) to a member of our team, who may contact you once. We still do not send newsletters. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time at info@planitexo.com. We keep this data for at most 1 year.
• Dedicated demo request. We process the company name, email address, phone number and (optional) message you provide to contact you and set up the demo environment. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time at info@planitexo.com. If no contract is concluded, the request is deleted after 1 year. To limit abuse, an irreversible hash of your IP address is stored with it.
• Usage log. We record the main events of the trial (sign-in, tour steps, providing an email address, demo requests, the number of editing actions) to improve the service and to enforce the daily usage limit. The log becomes anonymous when the account is deleted and is deleted after 12 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Security. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out bots; the servers keep short-lived technical logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Data stored in your browser. The trial stores only what it needs to work in your browser (sign-in, language, theme, tour progress); it uses no tracking cookies and no Google Analytics.

3. Data transfers

Where Google Analytics 4 is used, anonymized statistical data is transferred to Google LLC (United States) servers, under the safeguards of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data to third parties for advertising purposes.

To operate the trial environment we use the following processors: Contabo GmbH (servers, in a data centre within the European Union), Cloudflare, Inc. (network protection and bot filtering; United States, under the safeguards of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), tarhely.com (email delivery).

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to, and — where applicable — port your data. To exercise these rights, email info@planitexo.com.

5. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe our data processing is unlawful, you may file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):
